Erongo Governor, Neville Andre says the rising number of COVID-19 cases in Namibia should serve as an indication that the pandemic is within the community.
He has urged the security cluster to ensure adherence by the public, to the state of emergency regulations.
Andre was speaking to the media during his weekly COVID-19 Update Session in Swakopmund.
