REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION (EOI)FOR THE PROJECT INFORMATION AND MARKET SOUNDING QUESTIONNAIRE FOR A REGIONAL ROAD-VEHICLE TERMINAL OUTSIDE THE PORT OF WALVIS BAY

1. Expressions of Interests (EOI’s) are invited from proposers to Finance, Develop and Operate a Common-User Regional Vehicle Terminal serving Imports, Exports and Transshipments. The invitation is open to all proposers from eligible source countries.
2. Interested eligible proposers are requested to visit the Namport website at https://www.namport.com.na/procurement for details of the bidding requirements. Proposers must register as suppliers, express interest in the specific Expression of Interest (EOI), in order to be granted access to the bidding documents.
3. The Virtual Pre-bid meeting will be held on 16 October 2026 at 10h00 AM. Meeting link is:

4. The last day for clarification requests is 03 November 2026.
5. Proposals must be delivered to The Tender Box, Namibian Ports Authority (Namport) Reception, No. 17 Rikumbi Kandanga Road, Walvis Bay on or before 23 November 2026 at 12h00 PM Local Namibian Time.
6. Proposals will be opened in the presence of the consultants’ representatives who choose to attend in person or on-line at 23 November 2026 at 12h10 PM Local Namibian Time.
