THE OPPORTUNITY AND INDICATIVE SCOPE
Namport offers a Design–Build–Operate–Transfer concession of up to 25 years, including development and construction, for a qualified developer/operator or consortium to privately finance, design, build, commission, operate, maintain and ultimately transfer a scalable, multi-user upstream oil and gas logistics supply base in Lüderitz Bay.
The invitation is open to all eligible National and International bidders. All Bidders must comply with the requirements outlined in the bidding document.
Interested eligible bidders are requested to visit the Namport website for details of the bidding requirements at https://www.namport.com.na/procurement. Bidders must register as suppliers, express interest in a specific bid, make a payment of the (non-refundable) bid levy of N$5000.00 and submit the proof of payment in order to be granted access to the bidding documents.
