PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for overseeing the effective, efficient, and safe operation of Mobile Harbour Cranes, Wharf Cranes, Reach Stackers, and their attachments. The role ensures the reliability and availability of equipment by managing all preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Key responsibilities include planning and supervising maintenance schedules, conducting regular inspections, diagnosing faults, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, managing spare parts inventory, and leading the maintenance team to achieve optimal performance. The Supervisor is also accountable for maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and subordinates, ensuring timely reporting, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This position reports directly to the Manager: Technical Services.
