Namibian Ports Authority (Namport) hereby invites bids through Open International Bidding (OIB) procedures for the Supply, Installation, Implementation, And Maintenance of a Vessel Traffic Services (VTS) Solution, Including Automatic Identification System (AIS) And VHF Radio Systems, For the Ports of Walvis Bay and Lüderitz.

1. Bids are invited through the Open International Bidding (OIB) procedure, and the invitation is open to all eligible bidders. All Bidders must comply with the requirements outlined in the bidding document.
