Provision of Short-Term Insurance Brokerage Services to the Namibian Ports Authority

1. The Namibian Ports Authority (Namport) invites proposals from eligible Short Term Insurance Brokers Registered with NAMFISA to provide the following consulting services: Provision of Short-Term Insurance Brokerage Services.
2. This RFP is open to all eligible Namibian Insurance Brokers who wish to respond.
3. Interested eligible Insurance Brokers are requested to visit the Namport website at https://www.namport.com.na/Procurement/ for details of the bidding requirements. Interested brokers must register as suppliers, express interest in a specific bid, make a payment of the non-refundable bid levy of NAD 300.00 (VAT Included) and submit the proof of payment in order to be granted access to the bidding documents.  The Namport Banking Details is available on the Procurement Portal on the website.
4. The last day for the submission of clarification requests is 20 April 2023.
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below before 12 May 2023 at 12h00 pm Local Namibian Time. Electronic submission of bidding documents will not be accepted.
